Writing Cottage

 I love a writing cottage. The view of a pathway excites my muse. I like to measure time by the patterns of sunlight that hit the moulding, the wall, or the fabric of a couch. 

  There's generous gentle way of being in time when you are in the light but also being invited into the space of a pathway. I am in the warmth of the wooden cottage with its rich reds and ochres. I am visually walking down the path of an abundant garden towards the activity of the day. I am alone but I am also part of the scene. I am writing.
