I painted this image toward the beginning of the pandemic when I was talking regular walks to the jetty in Provincetown. The wind was whipping, the air was cold on my face as I walked alone amid the desolate beauty of the rocks. The jetty is steady, unchanging feature of the Ptown landscape.
